Do my friends need to install an app to view my CigyID?

No. A CigyID profile opens in any modern phone browser — iOS or Android. NFC tap or QR scan opens the link instantly. Saving your contact also works without any app.

What happens if I lose my CigyID keychain?

Sign in to your dashboard and toggle the tag as 'lost' — the public profile disables instantly. Your data is safe and you can issue a replacement tag without losing your profile, contacts or analytics.

Is my data safe? Can CigyID see my private details?

Wallet documents and private fields are end-to-end encrypted in your browser — even we cannot read them. We use Row-Level Security on every table, store no behavioural trackers, and you can delete your account & data at any time.

Does it work with iPhones?

Yes. Every iPhone from XR onwards (2018+) supports background NFC reading. Older iPhones can simply scan the QR code etched on the tag.

Can I update my profile after handing out my tag?

Always. Edit your CigyID anytime — name, role, socials, UPI, documents — and every existing tag instantly reflects the change. No reprints, ever.

How is CigyID different from Popl or Blinq?

CigyID combines NFC and QR profiles with UPI, WhatsApp ordering and optional business operations. Other platforms also offer digital cards and team tools; compare their current plans and integrations against what you need rather than assuming one product covers everything.

Can I use CigyID for my whole team or company?

Yes. Issuers can manage branded tags, shared documents, custom shareback forms and lead assignments. Invoicing, inventory, vendor ordering, employee, payroll and accounting tools depend on enabled modules and organisation access. Ask us about your rollout.

What if I want to try without buying a physical tag?

The CigyID Free plan gives you a permanent /yourname profile and a printable QR — share it on cards, email signatures, or social bios. Upgrade to a physical tag whenever you're ready.

Can I explore a working business example?

Yes. PixelPeak Marketing and Spice Garden Bistro are live fictional demos with ten staff profiles each, shared offerings and company documents. Their public pages show what customers see; private operations remain accessible only to authorised signed-in users.

Does Card Studio save unfinished designs?

Sign in before designing. Your unfinished designs are saved to your account for 30 days so you can return later. Once payment is confirmed, the ordered design is locked against editing or deletion.

Will AI beautification change my profile automatically?

No. Choose the text, individual images or shop items you want to improve. Completed suggestions are saved for later review, and you approve or reject them before your profile changes. Beautification is limited to one run per profile per UTC day.
